Great re-finance job RMHB!! -- This will end what's been killing us -- dilution
As has been stated they raised the amount of shares as the preferred conversion could be accounted for (which will never hopefully happen ) . RMHB - will now be paying to repurchase the preferred at the set % as well as time so the quicker we can re-pay the lower the % will be and 0 dilution.. Keep the shipments flowing!
This is a huge financial upgrade for all of us ..
