Form-10 & S-1 should be filed 1/8/20-1/31/20 per two latest PRs. S-1 is to be filed in January, and S-1 can only be filed after the Form-10. One March 7th, The Form-10 will be in the 60-day SEC review process, probably at the tail-end of it.
