THIS is the part I did not understood yesterday
'The advantage of the new arrangement to the Company is that GHS will be required to convert the Preferred Stock it purchases from the Company to Common Stock and observe a holding period of six months for the investment prior to trading it.'
I feel much better about the billion shares structure... I will admit I was a little concerned yesterday
this is STILL dillutive (obviously), but allows 6 months for expansion...wich requires money...so it makes sense
