Hello Misiu - I do not recall the specifics off the top of my head. When I return from this family holiday trip I will look up my docs. I think the TO was 50 cents with a .5 share kicker. But I could be wrong.

Next time if a TO is offered my bet is it will not be as good as last. The next kicker will not be thicker. If there is one.
