Yes, someone please help me understand after our 20 to 1 reverse split that they are now adding to their outstanding share count?

With the revenue stream that is getting ready to start flowing in from what we hope is our NEW upswing from Mexico; why issue or dilute us LONGS share structure?

I might be reading this wrong, so any of you smart longs out there I will be glad to listen.
