The tender price should be at a discount to the warrant tender price, whatever price that may be.
I assumed many warrants were at more than .50.
If not, then the tender would obviously be less than .50.
I would think a discount would be attractive given that the SP is so much higher than the warrant price, especially for warrants that will be expiring within a year.
