The good news about today's filing is that the company and Ziv Turner agreed to repay the $725,000 settlement by way of Series B stock (4,365 shares) equivalent to 43,650,000 common shares, each valued at approx. $0.0166.
Before these shares can be converted to common shares, there is a 7 day notice requirement. So in case someone was wondering if Ziv Turner was responsible for the volume the last couple of trading days, he was not.
