I call BS. The filings are clear as mud, which of course fuels the myths.
There was a myth that floated for years that Kyle and his family had invested millions, but the filings show that is not the case.
Many relatives also get paid for (ahem) services. So it could be the notes in default, which many have been redone and shares issued, could just be a red herring.
Kinda like a kick back for a note in default????
