Skezan ,- I look how they describe efficacy officially.
Efficacy is effectiveness of the drug to produce desire effect ,
The higher is the number the better effect from particular drug on particular disease ...
So in our situation with combo , we can compare very easy which medicine is producing desire effect in higher % !!!!!
-- Maraviroc 45%
--Ibalizumab 43%
--Leronlimab 81% with 350 mg
This mean that with Leronlimab patient with resistant HIV has 81% chance to get proper improvement , and with IV Ibalizumab 43% chance , and with Maraviroc 45%...
