I was thinking the same thing, but wouldn't it be so cool if the next PR was that the BLA was submitted! NP said everything was "ready to go...just waiting on the FDA." NP does like to PR everything, so it's logical to think we'll see a PR for the FDA's decision on dosage before seeing one for the BLA being submitted.
