Fear of dividend being postponed or cancelled though is ridiculous to sell. Generex calls a CC right before that happens, so you can always sell around that time. Selling before news of any CC just does not make any sense for that reason.

Tax loss, I can see, as it is end of year or any financial situation. Not due a dividend, that's Generex's fault for not enforcing and perhaps making the documents that were signed having some 'loopholes'? I don't know, but seems CMF did it and now others might think they can get away with it and why is that?

We've had some major selling over the last month or so and restricted stock at that. I'm hoping, we see a turnaround soon. That's a broken record, being played.
