At the bottom of the second paragraph in the first link (released on Nov 19th, 2019), it says "In addition to this deal(First Data) which launched last Friday, ACS has two additional merchant providers that also closed and will be launching by the end of January 2020. Each of those providers also have several millions of their own merchants”
You are right, there will be TWO deals to be launched in January.
From another link(I don't have the link in mind), it said DSS was ready to launch the cyber security deal in Dec., 2019. But ACS wanted to focus on delivering products to First Data this month, could not work with DSS on the deal. So the DSS deal will be launched in January, 2020. I don't know what the other deal is either.
Let's see what the other deal is in next month.
