I think we have seen some great posts from people that know what they are talking about and have a clue what our S-8 was all about.
If all the shareholders looked at their proxy that VERB sent out or in your online broker message center of the VERB proxy, you would have seen article 2 about the employee compensation.
There is no hidden agenda from Rory or VERB on this.
Time for this to go back bed and lets move on to the End of Year update from the company and focus on 2020.
