These are new shares set aside for employee, board member etc awards/incentives
Have to have incentives to keep good employees. And you can be sure that now they are not working for high wages. Also need shares to attract new talent.
Must be planning to award some this calendar year as max award for 2019 is 300k shares per individual...futures years 200k. May be that they are vested over several years. (no time to study it today...just a quick perusal).
This may be related partially to attracting our two new board members.
Only youth can live on love alone.
