So I am guessing these are the sellers -
1. Tax loss
2. People who are not getting dividends (maybe creek/Veneto still selling?)
3. People who think the dividends will be delayed again
If my guesses I correct, then PPS will shoot up on 1/3 when dividend actually happens because buyers can still buy on 1/3/20 and get the dividend right?
