NR, I just watched my Etrade order fill within
10 minutes of calling with no delays. I asked
the same question about how long until the
phone restriction may last. I was told they
would review my account and will notify me
if they can lift the restriction for me. I was
told they can do that for individuals after an
account review in these 'phone in' situations.
I should add that I have a "dedicated active
trader team" if that matters in their decision.
