Yeah... I confess I've been tempted as well, but I've kept my powder dry for now...
It sure feels like the cons are outweighing the (potential) pros right now, at least in the short term. Excellagen is not providing any revs that we have visibility to. So NGIO spin appears to be the lynch pin to me right now. If it spins and does add some value to the balance sheet, that could drive up GNBT share price and make the GNBT S-1 reasonable. Without something like that to spur the PPS, the S-1 would be a deluge of dilution...
Still waiting to see if this is the "darkest before the dawn" moment or the beginning of the end...
