Each party is going to reinforce their views but let's say that we forget everything prior to Adam Schiff's mouth then consider what he said about having the transcript and reading crap that wasn't said. To me he should be held liable when considering the new President of Ukraine is agreeing with the US President. Yes we can say he had to agree with the President to get the funds as many can imagine but his words were as they were clearly said. So with that this fiasco should have stopped.
