Vyera would want more cash then we could realistically come up with and any cash out would hamper pushing trials forward. I think a merger would be unwise. The combined company would carry a much larger overhead, they would insist on their CEO to take over and I wouldn't trust them to not strip out IP assets and leave the shareholders with little to nothing.

As much whining about NP as there is, he does look out for the shareholders. Most people are looking to line their own pockets, shareholders be damned.
