I think this post of RJS on 12/2 is the most accurate summary of why we are experiencing such a degradation of the share price:
I think it’s unfortunate that a significant number of entities or companies that Generex entered into some sort of deals with result in lawsuits or threats of potential legal action. It started with a former Director who was associated with investors that were to fund around Generex’s acquisition of Emmaus, Three Brothers, Alpha, Veneto, Brooks Houghton, etc. It casts doubt so hopefully much gets rectified because Joe and company need to put their attention and resources on matters that create value.
