does it matter ? well based on that i guess it depends on the individual and the individual situation.

but,...

if my boss lied to me about giving me a pay raise and he rationalizes why he can't now then,...i guess it matters.

if i know someone (like the Orange Hair One) says something then he doesn't carry through with it,...like

- the wall FAIL

- a treaty with N Korea FAIL

- a trade deal with China FAIL

- etc, etc,..too many to name


yea,...then i guess it matters that i know i'm dealing with a liar.
