Foley consents to judgement by SEC...
Just reading the full documentation now. Looks like Foley consents to the SEC, who will impose 12+ millions in fines and civil penalties and bar Foley from, NTEK, NTGL or any company not registered with the SEC. Might be why the Foley/NTEK/NTGL attorney resigned from the case. More once I've had a chance to read all the docs.
