$PHIL Along with activating our Luxembourg bank funds in January, we will complete the outstanding financial reports and be current with the SEC. We will announce a new date for shareholder conference call to discuss share buyback, APR, Vinafilms and other M&A activities.

$PHIL Though we have tried very hard we are not able to activate our Luxembourg bank funds before Christmas because our local partners still have not been able to fulfill their part of requirements. We will focus on resolving these items before yearend and activate in January ‘20
