Means Nothing. OTC Markets made you this “Expert Market” tier a couple of months back at the request of some broker dealers to use OTCLINK for private quotes between themselves, so they don’t have to pick up the phone and match trades for grey garbage.
The stock will not have public quotes (so it is still “grey) and the CE remains.
It is helping with liquidity for some grey tickers that have unsolicited customer orders....but that is about it.
Not sure how they came up with “Expert” market...but it sounds cool and can certainly be spun as a good thing instead of “Grey Market” lol.
