The issue I have with our app is it's easily bypassed. On road trips I typically listen to Pandora or spotify. I start those by connecting my phone bluetooth to my radio. By doing that or even connecting to any other Bluetooth device like a headset or ear buds you bypass the bsafe module. Phone still rings and gets messages. Now if I just set my phone down and start driving and just listen to the radio then the module will lock the phone.

I still get my reports but there are no infractions and doesn't record any trips. I've brought those issues up to basically get no reply.
