Solar I think the tour photo label is misleading. I don't believe that the group was actually at the actual production plant site, just at Tech City.
The steel frame work behind them became the blue metal building that is between the two halves of the Common Facilities Centre. The tour was actually in Nov 2018, not Jan 2019.
The IIIT building behind them is not the main IIITG Academic building but the IIITG Boys Hostel.
So the line of sight would be:
From other photos and the Jan 16, 2019 foundation stone video, I do agree that the most likely location of the Nano Factory is somewhere on Blocks 4, 5, 6 and 7, but the Nov 2018 tour photo is not direct evidence. I think they were just touring the Common Facility Centre building site (that is being built by AMTRON), since there was actual construction going on. The Nano Factory site was just bare ground at that time.
