Don't discount the USAF phase one procurement contract. Mark & Bo Dietl got our foot in the Pentagon's door. Because SFOR IP is DISA approved and under DoD contract the other services could now order it. Because of this IMHO you should legitimately count it as a third deal done by our vendor ACS.
