Actually, it should wipe away $6,372,656 (the number from 10/31/19 10Q)....this is higher than the amount I posted earlier of $3,338,836 (the number from 7/31/19 10K)...this is because PPS dropped from 7/31/19...10/31/19 PPS was lower than the PPS from 7/31/19....so, the downside protection liability increased in the 10/31/19 10Q...
