Nova Scotia Court Status?

Response for the RFI from the US Army?



It seems that Lynas and TMRC have put out PRs to address this…and we haven’t.



Any dialogue would be of value.

Lots of activity however as you know, we only release material information that is complete and approved.



The Dorsey team (Chris Martinez & Ashley) did an excellent job on Monday and we had a very good day in court:

1. IBC's Motion for a Preliminary Injunction Against Schrider - Denied

2. IBC's Motion for Expedited Discovery - Denied

3. IBC's Motion for To Show Cause (for Contempt of Court Against Schrider) - Denied

4. Schrider's Motion to Dismiss - Denied (we knew this was a long shot)


And finally, IBC's Complaint Against 6th Wave was dismissed outright.



Next steps, in this case, will involve scheduling with the court.



We are working on what we believe is a winning proposal for the IBAS... stay tuned xxxxxxxxxx.
