I agree. For some people it's difficult to understand that we could not be too picky and the alternative of continuous fundraising with warrants (imagine having to do that trying to scrap $50 million in total) would be a total disaster for us.

Be thankful for the opportunity this deal has given us. We can close other deals with more sophisticated partners, thanks to this deal.
