And again (for the last time as most don't seem to understand it), 50% of net means NOTHING if you don't know the definition of net, AND WE DON'T know it yet.

You're right, we cannot call the shots, yet, but it is POSSIBLE that the definition of net is not favorable to CYDY. We just don't know. I hope it is favorable. Lawyers, such as myself, deal in facts, not hopes and dreams, as the latter makes for bad deals and angry clients.
