The fact that the Directors got about 80% less shares than last year for their tireless work is because the share price is higher. That is a good thing.
But overall, the pace of dilution is much higher than it's ever been even though the price is about 10X's higher than a year ago. They use to raise a billion AS at a time. Now it's a 2 billion AS raise. They must have a near term need for those shares.

So you're suggesting that right now what's more attractive is the PP shares and not market shares?
2B more shares doesn't sound like Tinkerbell 2.0 is close. Of course we've been told it was on site and it works. But as you have said, a reverse split makes sense AFTER they find treasure.
So under that scenario.....sell on the news, right?
