Matzaball, I was just thinking that exact same thing and thinking about the possible process of Nancy accepting the BOD position.
1. She must have been approached or introduced to Verb months ago?
2. She obviously did some DD and took her time to verify Verb.
3. I'm guessing she met with Rory, staff and talked to other BODs
4. I'm guessing she had her attorneys look into conflict of interests, credibility, the technology and the future of Verb both short and long term.
4. I'm sure she talked to other BODs, , got opinions, advice and etc.
I'm sure there was more than this, but with that said, Nancy decided to become a BOD!. That is huge validation along with the other impressive BODs already on board.
With that said, its amazing! What a wonderful pre xmas present.
