Fair assumption: We know phase one cost 100k and there are 3 additional phases planned. Assuming each phase cost approximately the same, an additional 300k. I think it's fair to conclude the company has the cash on hand or current projected sales will generate whats needed. This would lead me to believe flat pack sales are and have grown. Indicates a buy signal to me. Don't underestimate the success of phase one. imo
