My question: What’s going to be the price for leronlimab? Does CYDY control the rights to pricing? Or is it a mutual decision? Vyera does have a history of over pricing drugs and that didn’t work out for them.
I’m glad that CYDY has a licensing agreement moving forward, but I am wary of a company with a history such as Vyera. There are a few articles out there discussing the current state of the company, some supportive and some not so supportive. The source of the cash for payments is a good question, but the $87.5 million is not all upfront, so Vyera doesn’t have to have 100% of that at this time.
I suspect CYDY, including NP and the BOD, did their DD into Vyera before making the deal. What does that mean? I don’t know, but we don’t have a choice at this point and we will see what happens when the BLA is fires.
