I have no idea where the overstock comes from.
Didn't BestBuy, Target, and other stores sell our products at one time? Maybe the overstock is from them unloading product that is not selling.
Or, it could be Strikeforce unloading piles of unsold product.
In any case I hope lots of folks but them and renew every year at full price after the initial license ends.
I suspect the copies are valid licenses, but cannot be sure until I get them and try them. I will try to remember to post the results.
