Quantum is relying on TCPA for their defense and I for one believe they have a good case. As I undestand the TCPA most cases have attorney immunity almost in any case. List to the case and decide. As well there is an injuction hearing scheduled for today at 1pm and this must involve QTMM moving forward with busy. Pay particular attention to the writer of this legislation and their intention IMO on a case by case basis.
