funding, imo, will be announced near term, then we will have release of 10Q--there was, imho only, a reason for the delay in releasing the 10Q-get the funding and thereby get the note holders paid off and then release the 10Q... next year should be VERY good for pctl ! hang onto your shares, and add if you can!!
