Exactly. Share price has been range bound for a couple of years, the odds would seem to be that it's not going to advance significantly in the next 30 days.
I'd like to point out that people who feel like they must buy now or would hate to be on the sidelines! must believe there's a limited upside to share price.
Otherwise, if you think it will go to $1 or more, as I very much expect, it really doesn't matter if you buy now or at 1 cent or at 10 cents, we'll be looking at serious profits in any case and the difference will be negligible, in a practical sense. Ask any institutional investor.
