A R/S without operational success will only lead to another 70-90% decline in SP. There have to be measures that allow CYDY to grow organically.
BLA -> FDA Approval --> Revenues.
In order to reach it economically, I would suggest to sign a licensing deal for HIV to get things started. I couldn't care less if that wasn't the best possible deal. Importantly there is a deal that puts us into the position of proceeding.
Of course we have to leave OTC as quickly as possible, but a RS is the last option to take.
