If TECO wants to to survive in this industry by any means other than diluting shareholder interest, they MUST find new prospects. TECO's current Prospects (In W Texas, NW Louisiana, E Texas, & Belize) are not significant enough to fuel this company. TECO Management has to start looking for other areas to secure leases.
