Absolutely. With the benefit of hindsight, it's real easy to argue that CYDY should have undertaken a move like you recommend (raise one big chunk, take your medicine and be done with it) long ago. That's setting aside the R/S or not argument, which we can table for now (though I was and am in favor).
It's beyond obvious that the same old, same old is not working.
If CYDY won't or can't cut a deal, I'd prefer they raise a chunk and be done (hopefully) until revenue.
