Scintipharma, the company that's going to do the imaging to see where the pill disintegrates, says they help companies develop the drugs.

Anyone besides me think that maybe that company is being paid in stock or stock options (with perhaps some cash up front), so they will also have an interest in the stock price rising?

All the whiners (well, okay, a couple of people posting under lots of identities) about authorizing more shares -- that's a good way for a company to finance drug development -- give their partners a genuine financial interest in helping develop the drug.
