We need to be current first that’s a no brainer. But do companies have to have a shareholders meeting for a JV or partnership?
The PPS is nulled when it comes to a big company just JV with a smaller company. If they where buying a company or mergering yes a vote needed. And that’s when your PPS matters. And wouldn’t they want the PPS low as possible for that?
Big companies consistently soak up “smaller companies”.
I’m just saying I’m not following the hypothetical reasoning.
