Yes, I would be. I was scratching my head trying to understand why finalizing HIV commercialization agreement (and funding us with revenues following shortly afterwards) would interfere with Oncology as Nader mentioned in the "quick" interview.
Fortuno put forward a very valid point: The HIV deal might have fixed Leros's pricing effectively undercutting future commercialization potential for all Oncology indications as in USA is not practice to charge different for the same drug prescribed for another ailment (Indication-specific Pricing, or ISP), please see:

So, waiting for more results for cancer and better ascertaining the medical & economical potential makes sense.
