One thing I am curious about is how the new dividend ratio was thought up over the original 1:1 dividend.
Since the shareholders now are actually losing share count in the new dividend amount, how did this 2:5 get decided?
In the original announcement, we were getting the 1:1 dividend and getting another dividend which most of us took as the NGIO dividend, just not what ratio as it was not announced at the time. Then when this all came out, the entire structure changed.
While I am excited to get NGIO shares in a dividend, it’s a huge cut in the dividend in gnbt shares I am getting now.
