Here is a recent article 2 weeks ago stating ; although there is a 29 months for its regulations, CBD Life is the only ones with permits to market their products :
At the moment, in Mexico only the marketing of products containing cannabis derivatives with less than 1 percent of THC is allowed, particularly CBD that is not psychoactive, but it is still pending that Cofepris issues the regulation, although there are already some permits to market it, like that of CBD Life.
