IMO , if we will learn Tuesday that contract was sign , how this will be any kind of inside information with buying shares .
Dr NP told us that contract will be sign long time ago , and about one week ago he told that he only pause with this signing , he didn't say that it failed ...
So we all expecting until now , at least theoretically that it will be done , public information.
