Quantum Materials Corp - Fundamentals and Chart Technicality
Fundamentals:
- Licensee Amtronics's quantum dot production plant is being completed
- The 2 micro reactors have been received by licensee Amtronics
- Second half of the $1 million licensing fee and full payment of $1 million for the 2 reactors has been received or is being received by QMC. (The first $500K licensing fee received in the March 19 PR was recorded as "account receivable", not revenue)
- 2019 Calendar Q4 10Q due on February 14, 2020 will report revenue of at least $2 million. In the past share price reacted euphorically to news of revenue every time.
- Amtronics's quantum dot production will begin in 2020 Calendar Q1
- In 2020 QMC will receive payments from further sales of ancillary equipment, from Milestone events and from technological support totally $7 to $10 million.
- Minimum royalties will begin in 2021
- Global franchising of Continuous Flow Quantum Dot Production IP is in progress for Anti-Counterfeiting Quantum Dot Label, Quantum Dot Solar Cell, TV Display Technology with 95% Rec2020 color gamut coverage and Solid State QD LED Lighting.
