i was sooo happy to see that the S1 was finally published.....meaning that the train is on track to start choo choo-ing into the future.....the process may take some time and we have to chill and just relax and wait for the fruit bearing phase.....it was a long prospectus....very detailed...very complex....but prospectus usually are.....i think if you start at page 27, will be better than seeing all the negatives that could happen if shit happens on pages preceding 27....
